How to obtain Testnet tokens?

Before deploying NFT or NFT collections on the main blockchain network of your choice, we encourage users to familiarize with settings of the smart contracts using the corresponding Testnet.

A Testnet has the same protocols of the MainNet but they are for testing purposes only. Digital assets on Testnet do not have the full security assurances of the MainNet and are not treated as equals. However, they can be useful for testing the configurations of your NFT collections and marketplaces.

In this guide, we cover four most popular blockchains that you can request free Testnet tokens from.

OPTION 1. Ethereum

Ethereum is the most popular blockchain on which to deploy smart contracts. Its native token is Ether. You can request Ether on the Ethereum Testnet Rinkeby to use on FeverTokens and elsewhere.
